A warm welcome to Excise House Lagavulin.
The southernmost island of the inner Scottish Hebrides, Islay is most famous for its world renowned whisky distilleries but also has a unique diversity of stunning beaches, varied wildlife and rugged coastlines.
Within walking distance of Laphroaig, Lagavulin and Ardbeg Distilleries this former excise house dates from the early 1900's and would have been the residence of the local excise officer for Lagavulin distillery.
Recently renovated and restored to an exceptionally high standard in a modern and contemporary style yet retaining many of its original features, the Excise House now provides you with a unique base to explore our island.
All bedrooms are spacious and bright with ensuites.
